Call for papers
Special issue: Neuroscience of Language
This issue aims to bring together research on recent
developments in neuroscience of language, that shed
light on how language
is organized in the human brain. Research on
language representation and processing
captured either under electrophysiological or
hemodynamic imaging approaches
will be accepted.

This issue will be composed by papers of 20
pages in length.

Papers
will be first reviewed by this isue's editor and
will be pre-selected.
-
Pre-selected articles will be sent to two
peer-reviewers.

Papers
that do not follow the journal's guidelines
below will not be evaluated.

How and where to send the papers:
-Send the following files in a single email to:
revistalinguistica@gmail.com
Under “subject” write the author’s full name/title
of article.
File 1: author identification (name, degree,
function and/or position, unit and department,
e-mail, contact numbers); identification of
co-authors (name, degree, function and/or position,
unit and department, e-mail).
File 2: Full
paper, without author’s and co-author’s
identifications.
Journal
Guidelines:
- Format: Times
New Roman font, 12–point type, double space
(including footnotes and references), and 2.5 cm
margins.
- The article
should include an abstract of up to one hundred
words
- Key words
should be indicated in the abstract
(minimum of three and maximum of five words).
- Graphs should
be submitted in black only (no color or gray
shades); tables must be submitted in Excel or Word,
and not as images.
- References
should be complete and accurate, and adopt the
following procedure: the in-text citations should be
identified by the author’s name and date, in
parentheses. References should be listed in full at
the end of the article.
- Italics
should be used for titles of books and journals.
- No use of
quotation marks for titles of articles.
- For books,
state the publisher and the city in which the book
was published; for articles, the volume, issue, and
date of publication.
